Medical Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Coordinator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families upon arrival and check them in for their appointments or procedures.
- Verify patient insurance and demographic information, as well as collect any necessary co-payments or deposits.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, DME orders, and supplies for patients.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and facilities, as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor and manage the patient flow in the facility during.
- Assist patients with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Front Office setting or similar.
- Knowledge of working with payors for Commercial, and Medicare insurances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records systems.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
