Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Coordinator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families upon arrival and check them in for their appointments or procedures.
  • Verify patient insurance and demographic information, as well as collect any necessary co-payments or deposits.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, DME orders, and supplies for patients.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and facilities, as needed.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the patient flow in the facility during.
  • Assist patients with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Front Office setting or similar.
  • Knowledge of working with payors for Commercial, and Medicare insurances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records systems.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
