Job Summary

CSA Group Testing & Certification, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Account Manager - Industrial to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing new account relationships, prospecting for new customers, and developing business strategies to win new business with companies that do not currently work with CSA Group.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to meet sales targets and expand CSA Group's services.
  • Prospect for new customers within assigned territories using various lead generation and direct solicitation methods.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to win new business with companies that do not currently work with CSA Group.
  • Prepare and present written proposals of cost for services to clients, working with Technical Specialists and Operations staff.
  • Participate in industry associations and outside organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Establish and maintain a list of contacts based on experience, historic utilization, reputation, influence, and personal judgment.
  • Provide regular written reports on calls, customer contact, proposals, quotes, expenses, travel, and tradeshow activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Proven experience dealing with large organizations at senior levels.
What We Offer

CSA Group Testing & Certification, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $73,560 - $96,547, based on education, licenses, certifications, and experience.
