Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to meet sales targets and expand CSA Group's services.
  • Prospect for new customers within assigned territories, utilizing lead generation and direct solicitation methods.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business, including preparing written proposals and quotes.
  • Participate in industry associations and organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software a plus.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and effective written and verbal communication.

CSA Group offers a competitive salary range of $73,560 - $96,547, depending on experience and qualifications.
