About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and align with our Winning Together values.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with customers and prospective customers as requested.
  • Maintain customer relationships by informing current and future customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, emphasizing sale-able features, quoting prices and credit terms, and motivating customers to buy.
  • Follow up with potential/existing customers to assure happiness and resolve problems.
  • Maintain customer files with sales contract and other information.
  • Manage Existing Clients with Assigned Incumbent AE's: Account Managers will assist in running day-to-day activities, such as pre-qualifying new opportunities within client infrastructure, coordinating internal resources for sales opportunities, order fulfillment tracking and confirmation, conducting "up-sell" call campaigns, managing Account Receivable issues, and scheduling/inviting Clients for key events.
  • Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.
  • Embrace and support Prosys mission and core values.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Technology background or experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Professional self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and personal judgment.
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Ability to travel to meetings. Must have a valid Drivers License.
