Job Title: Director of Account Management

At Red Ventures, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account management team and drive growth in our partnerships. As a Director of Account Management, you'll be responsible for leading a team of account managers who work directly with our direct ad sales partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of account managers to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the SLT and operations team to drive business initiatives and maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price
  • Identify shifts in volume and communicate plans with executive and operations teams to fill gaps
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations from a marketing and sales lens
  • Develop and maintain reporting for executives and management, both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role across digital media, marketing, or digital sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as mastery over the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong analytical problem solver with the ability to think strategically while seeing execution through
  • Top talent with a bias-to-action and thrives in environments where they create new opportunities
  • Intellectually curious, takes initiative to dig deeper and understand business drivers
  • Ability to quickly assess client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions
  • Passion for people development and supportive of a feedback-driven culture
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce
