Job Summary

The Account Director is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing account plans that deliver exceptional results for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's business and the ability to translate that knowledge into actionable strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, leadership, and business unit leaders.
  • Develop and implement account plans that meet or exceed client expectations and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of talented individuals to deliver integrated multi-disciplined services to the account, including facilities management, engineering operations, workplace experience, project management, portfolio strategy, transaction management, occupancy planning, sourcing, finance, risk, and compliance.
  • Manage budgets in excess of $200M+ and oversee a team of over 250+ members, including matrixed platforms and technology.
  • Drive results and create operational paths toward success, taking end-to-end ownership and accountability for all operations, programs, and initiatives.
  • Communicate and act with urgency, demonstrating a clear understanding of client priorities and experience.
  • Develop, implement, and manage all initiatives and programs for the account, driving client-specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking, and best practices.
  • Establish consistency across the account in reporting, standard operating procedures, systems, and practices.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews in region and participate in global QBRs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in real estate, preferably with strength in Facilities Account Management and an understanding/experience in Transaction Management, Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Workplace Strategy, and Operations.
  • Experience handling complex account structures, including multiple teams, disciplines, locations, regions, or countries.
  • Demonstrated experience in balancing client interests with company objectives and translating client needs into existing or new business growth.
  • Strong leadership behaviors, including client focus, results-driven, natural coaching, growth, solutions-oriented, and building relationships.
