About the Role

Learfield Amplify is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our ticket sales team at Texas Christian University (TCU). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with fans, partners, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Sell Football and Men's and Women's Basketball Season Tickets, Corporate Packages, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and other Ticket products to maximize revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers, as well as cold-call new sales leads to generate sales.
  • Business Development: Contact area businesses and individuals to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
  • Event Execution: Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service.
  • Goal Achievement: Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals established by management.
  • Proactive Sales: Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Have a friendly and professional telephone manner, and effectively express ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Desire to Learn: Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career.
  • Independence: Independently take action beyond what is called for.
  • Problem-Solving: Be able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities.
  • Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Experience: History of success in ticket sales preferably with a major Division 1 university or professional sports.
  • Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
