About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with our staff to create personalized support plans and implement therapeutic interventions.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Coach, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals in participating in individual and group activities
- Growing and developing people's social skills
- Providing opportunities for independence, community integration, and inclusion
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for working with people with disabilities
- One year of experience in human services field
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid MN driver's license required
The estimated annual salary for this role is $39,200, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year. Additionally, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 and enjoy a welcoming work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
