City Wide Facility Solutions Minneapolis, MN is a leading provider of building maintenance services with operations across the US and Canada. As a Sales Growth Professional, you will be responsible for driving new business development in a highly productive sales environment. You will work closely with account managers to establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.

The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating the sales process, and closing deals by building rapport, explaining service capabilities, and overcoming objections. A minimum of 20 hours of prospecting per week is required. You must also utilize and manage your CRM system to maintain all customer information and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

We are seeking an individual with at least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, a demonstrated track record of success, and strong skills in prospecting and territory development. Proficiency in CRM systems, including data entry and organization of sales data, is essential. Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales and possessing an outgoing, dynamic personality is also desirable.
