Territory Sales Representative

Anderson Equipment Company is one of the largest heavy equipment distribution companies in the Northeast, with a family-owned history spanning almost 90 years. We operate six states – West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine – with 19 branch locations.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling and renting equipment and attachments in your assigned territory. You will have access to our comprehensive training programs, sales planning tools, and dedicated branch manager coaching. Our goal is to support you in achieving your sales targets and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and developing customized equipment and financial solutions. You will need to reside in the territory to maximize community exposure to Anderson and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
Requirements include a bachelor's or associate's degree with a finance, marketing, or business concentration, as well as work experience in heavy equipment, auto, or related industries. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to meet the requirements of our driver policy.
Estimated salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year.
