Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Representative for Residential Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories through effective lead generation and customer engagement.

As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with homeowners and influence the outcome of sales interactions. Your ability to carry on conversations, qualify leads, and meet or exceed sales quotas will be crucial to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical selling skills, product knowledge, and the ability to create effective proposal presentations. You will also be responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

Our company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $62,000 per year and a commission plan. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in assigned territories through effective lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Carry on conversations with homeowners and influence the outcome of sales interactions.
