Pharmaceutical Representative

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets. They will also develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a biological science, pharmacy, or business-related field. They will also possess strong scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.

1. Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.
2. Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical, and sales expertise and share this market intelligence information with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.
