Privaira, a FAR 135/91 operator, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a robust background in aircraft management programs to lead the growth of our managed aircraft fleet. Role Summary
The Vice President of Aircraft Fleet Strategy will drive the company's efforts in planning, marketing, and selling aircraft management services. This position requires providing strategic guidance, technical knowledge, leadership, and service support to achieve these objectives. It is essential for the Vice President to uphold professionalism and ethical standards while working collaboratively as a vital team member. Additionally, aligning sales and marketing strategies with the company's overarching vision is critical.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is crucial to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to advocate for Privaira's short- and long-term fleet expansion strategies.
- Position Privaira for growth through balanced fleet development and ongoing enhancements in vertical integration.
- Ensure a balance between supply and demand, taking into account market trends, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
- Thoroughly evaluate market needs and corporate client preferences to determine the types and quantities of aircraft to incorporate into Privaira's fleet.
- Oversee the acquisition of aircraft through the company's Aircraft Management program.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on the aircraft management program to prospective aircraft owners.
- Develop and present proforma budgets and proposals related to the aircraft management program to potential clients.
- Assist the executive team in preparing monthly financial reports for aircraft and review them with respective owners.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients and aircraft owners, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's aircraft and services.

Education

Compensation
