  • Vendor Management: Manage our relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and solutions.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and driving large information technology projects to from inception to completion.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of firewalls, wireless access points, and cybersecurity software; experience with Microsoft Product Suite, Office, G-Suite, and/or Office 365 Azure AD Connect; experience with configuring and deploying VMware, ESXI 6.5/6.7/7.0.
  • Personal Qualities: High energy, strong interpersonal skills, able to manage stressful situations with a positive attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
