Pay: $27.13 / hour. Compensation is based on the applicant's relevant experience.

Overview: This role provides essential administrative assistance and direction to the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer administrative support for projects and departmental activities as directed by management. Conduct research, analysis, evaluation, and provide recommendations. Monitor schedules, procedures, and deadlines for various initiatives.
  • Facilitate business operations that necessitate specialized knowledge of departmental and organizational protocols. Support ongoing committees.
  • Prepare and oversee financial accounts; investigate discrepancies, providing analysis and recommendations. May oversee administrative budgets and departmental payroll.
  • Assist management in ensuring departmental operations adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Act as a lead for other support personnel as assigned.
  • Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate actions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of administrative or departmental support. Experience in organizing complex projects, project management, or process enhancement. Familiarity with designated software is essential.
