About the Role

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a highly skilled Security Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Services: Oversee the delivery of quality security services to assigned clients, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and that clients' needs are met.
  • Liaise with Clients and Operations Managers: Act as a liaison between clients, operations managers, and security officers, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Supervise Site Staff: Supervise and manage site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
  • Manage Scheduling and Billing: Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports, such as Scheduling Activity and Training Detail reports, to ensure effective business management.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Communicate staffing needs to operations managers, assist in identifying and interviewing quality candidates, and assure that officers receive appropriate training and development.
  • Manage Employee Grievances: Hear and address employee grievances, with support from branch or region HR employees.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
  • Licensing and Background Check: Meet licensing requirements, which are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, and successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen.
  • Customer Service and Computer Skills: Display exceptional customer service and communication skills, and have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
  • Crisis Management: Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
