Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalency required.
  • Attitude: Welcoming and helpful attitude towards peers and Operations partners.
  • Experience: 1 or more years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Attendance: Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Loss Prevention Experience: Loss prevention, security, or safety experience; with first aid/CPR/AED training.
  • Security Equipment Knowledge: Working knowledge of security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, and access control).
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and Walking: Stand and walk throughout a shift.
  • Climbing and Balancing: Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Operating Equipment: Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements.
