Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a servant leader, embodying the principles of lean continuous improvement.
  2. Oversee the workflow of the Fulfillment Operations department, ensuring timely and accurate planning, receiving, inspection, inventory control, picking, and shipping activities.
  3. Collaborate with various teams to guarantee operational success, focusing on accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  4. Contribute to the development of product and service strategies, as well as research and development of new offerings.
  5. Establish production and quality control standards, develop budgets, and maintain KPI data related to fulfillment operations.
  6. Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
  7. Direct daily production activities to optimize resource utilization.
  8. Facilitate training for all employees to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  9. Promote a culture of safety, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
  10. Foster a motivated team environment while building strong relationships with management counterparts.
Qualifications:
  1. Must align with our core values and possess a customer-first mindset.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to inspire and cultivate a cohesive team.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is essential; familiarity with Manhattan is preferred.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  8. Willingness to travel for training, development, and operational support, with travel requirements subject to business needs.
