- Contribute to the development of product and service strategies, as well as research and development of new offerings.
- Establish production and quality control standards, develop budgets, and maintain KPI data related to fulfillment operations.
- Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Direct daily production activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Facilitate training for all employees to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a motivated team environment while building strong relationships with management counterparts.

- Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to inspire and cultivate a cohesive team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is essential; familiarity with Manhattan is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for training, development, and operational support, with travel requirements subject to business needs.
