Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Consumer Health and Wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations and a passion for the consumer health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of communications plans and materials that meet client objectives
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadline and budget adherence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Produce high-quality internal and external communications content, often under tight timelines
- Coordinate client touchpoints and provide action-oriented recaps
- Demonstrate tactical proficiency in media relations, including traditional and social media outreach plans
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills
- Supervise junior staff and provide coaching and feedback
- Aid in new business processes, including idea contribution and proposal preparation
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Solid grasp of public relations tools and research, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to develop relationships with media and apply experience in developing traditional and digital media relations strategies
- Interest/experience in consumer health and wellness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $62,000 per year, with annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
