Job Description

At Foureyes, we're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our strategic clients in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer onboarding.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing and technology-focused role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing enterprise client relationships, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of databases, system infrastructure, and architecture, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
