About the RoleAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our clients. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify and develop leads, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts. Your expertise in Salesforce solutions and nonprofit business processes will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop leads and opportunities of a substantial size to ensure a robust pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Drive lead and pipeline generation through outbound sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing on creative lead generation campaigns
- Translate client data strategy and other technology needs into Idealist Consulting solutions
- Facilitate SOW creation and contract negotiation
- Ensure smooth sales to service deployment transition
- Lead sales strategy for assigned territory
- Drive sales strategy in line with established scoping process and norms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities, using established systems and templates
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You'll have a solid understanding of nonprofit business processes and values, as well as experience leading complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
