Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Allied Residential. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our apartment communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our residents receive exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with our company's standards and policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce maintenance and repair costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their maintenance and repair requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a multifamily property management setting.
  • Proven track record of supervising and managing a team of maintenance staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
