Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or business.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA or EPA certifications.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with a normal workweek of 40 hours. The position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not overtime eligible.
