Role: Community Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment complexes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance staff, ensuring the upkeep of properties, and fostering a positive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all maintenance personnel
  • Maintain grounds and common areas
  • Handle work orders, including basic maintenance of units and appliances
  • Oversee unit turnovers
  • Be available for on-call emergency maintenance

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $38, along with quarterly bonuses. Full-time employees receive 152 hours of paid time off annually, with the option to carry over unused hours. Additional PTO is available after extended service.

Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, effective after 60 days of employment. We also provide 9 paid holidays and retirement options with company matching.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in apartment maintenance
  • Electrical technician license (O7B) is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in renovations is a plus
  • Proficient in completing work orders and preparing units for occupancy
  • Well-rounded technical maintenance skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Consistent work history with verifiable references
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
  • Valid driver's license required

The role may involve heavy lifting, bending, and other physical activities.
