At Wayflyer, our teams operate in a truly cross-functional manner. Regardless of your position, you will collaborate with diverse disciplines and teams globally on a variety of challenging projects aimed at transforming the eCommerce sector. This position is available in multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Success Manager will oversee a portfolio of our larger clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of eCommerce clients as an individual contributor.
- Ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction to effectively drive client retention and lifetime value.
- Implementing a dedicated client success strategy across your portfolio, guiding clients to optimal solutions and identifying common challenges.
- Maintaining diligence in internal operations and processes.
- Providing accurate forecasts to the business on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conducting proactive analyses to understand trends and identify opportunities within your portfolio.
- Offering feedback to enhance our sales and operational processes.
- Promoting a collaborative and supportive culture within the Client Success team.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in Sales or Client Success, particularly in finance-related products or eCommerce.
- Familiarity with Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies is desirable.
- Proven track record of surpassing targets.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Strong accountability and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
