Job Summary:

We are seeking an Enterprise Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an onsite-only role with a primary focus on business-to-business sales, targeting distributors, name brands, and multi-state or vertically integrated operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and acquire new key accounts via lead generation, cold-calling, and other strategic methods.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Provide regular progress updates and detailed work plans to the department leader.
  • Travel locally and nationally for meetings and trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, especially with high-level customers.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing new business deals.
  • Strong business judgment and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Consultative problem-solver with a customer-focused approach.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
