Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery Part Time Days SLB

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Saint Luke's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- AHA ACLS and NRP certifications within 60 days of hire.
- Fetal Monitoring - L&D and Antepartum: Novice RNs must complete GNOSIS introduction to Fetal Heart Monitoring within 30 days of hire.
- AWHONN Intermediate Heart Monitoring and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications.
- S.T.A.B.L.E. – Level 2 Nursery certification.
