Parts Support Specialist

Position Title: Parts Customer Care Representative
Location: Richmond, VA, US

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming parts inquiries from customers and service technicians.
- Process orders, receive shipments, and organize stock effectively.
- Source parts and cultivate relationships with both Crown's factory and external suppliers.
- Enhance customer loyalty by assessing satisfaction levels with parts services and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Maintain direct communication with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and present customer quotations.
- Handle administrative paperwork efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management, including conducting cycle counts for stockrooms, service vehicles, and customer consignment inventories.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Numerical aptitude and proficiency in computer applications.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in parts or inventory management, preferably within the lift truck sector.
Work Authorization:
Crown will only consider candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization. Individuals requiring temporary visas or sponsorship for future employment are not eligible for hire.
