Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President, Program to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving mission-critical outcomes across multiple intelligence agencies while leading a diverse mission services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute strategic direction that aligns with Division, Sector, and Business Area objectives
  • Collaborate closely with our Business Development, Capture, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) teams and other NIS sector Business Areas to expand GDIT's market presence
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional performance, meet customer expectations, and foster sustained business growth
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand our market share
  • Provide technical oversight of the portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline
  • 15 or more years of experience leading programs or portfolios of similar or greater size
  • In-depth knowledge of the Geospatial mission and market
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and supervise the activities related to Business Area operations and strategy
  • Experience driving organic and new business growth, including serving as the lead on new business pursuits
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior GDIT and customer leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
