Role Summary: General Dynamics Information Technology is in search of a Senior Vice President of Business Growth within the Intelligence Sector. This executive will report directly to the Interim Division Senior Vice President and will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives, business development, and leading a diverse team focused on the growth and success of the Intelligence Sector.

  • Maintain awareness of budgetary and legislative initiatives impacting corporate objectives.
  • Foster professional relationships with industry leaders and the Intelligence community.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to shape growth agendas and priorities.

Critical Success Factors for Year One:

  • Book to Bill ratio
  • Win Rate (specific to new business and recompetes)
  • Capture Rate (specific to new business and recompetes)
  • Minimize losses due to non-compliance or technical issues
  • Enhance market awareness of GDIT's capabilities in AI, Cyber, Cloud, etc.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 15 years in Strategy, Business Development, and Profit and Loss Management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change and growth in complex organizations.
  • Experience in customer acquisition and business development.
  • Ability to structure key partnerships and alliances effectively.
  • Familiarity with government customer capture and delivery processes.
  • Prior success in scaling revenue growth within the Department of Homeland Security is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with POLY is mandatory.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $290,056 - $345,000.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
