Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) excels in providing high-level consulting services that tackle the most challenging issues faced by the federal government. Our consultants are encouraged to innovate, utilizing their expertise alongside advanced and emerging technologies to create impactful solutions in Financial Management, Human Capital, and Mission Support for our Defense, Homeland Security, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence clients. We are currently seeking a driven, career-oriented Vice President, Software Innovation to lead our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee a robust software development practice within our Digital Transformation Division.
  • Engage in strategic planning, team development, and technical leadership.
  • Define the technical vision, manage software development initiatives, cultivate a culture of innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, drive revenue growth, and remain informed about emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a successful history of guiding software development teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and talent development.
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary software development methodologies, technologies, and architectures (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, UX/UI, cloud computing, microservices).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Proven project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience in leading capture and proposal efforts for significant contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Experience in a consulting environment with a proven ability to foster strong client relationships.
  • 10+ years of experience in the US Federal Government sector.
  • Experience managing a software development P&L, focusing on revenue generation and cost management.
  • Advanced degrees in computer science or related fields.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen with the capability to obtain a security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of computers and office machinery.
  • Effective communication with colleagues and clients, including delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is competitive and based on various factors, including relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and education.
