Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Vendor Manager to join the Fashion and Fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the outdoor industry and be able to drive sales, marketing, and operational performance improvements.

The Senior Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a dynamic business in the Outdoor Equipment category, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and margin growth targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of vendor relationship management, negotiation, and project management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue and margin growth
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Drive sales, marketing, and operational performance improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions

  • Competitive base pay ranging from $109,000/year to $185,000/year
