Proposal Coordinator

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Proposal Coordinator to enhance our operations at DRNS CORP. The Proposal Coordinator will take charge of the comprehensive proposal process, ensuring every step from opportunity detection to contract finalization is executed flawlessly. This position demands exceptional project management capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and a tactical mindset to capture new business prospects.
Key Duties:
- Oversee the complete proposal lifecycle, collaborating with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal) to craft compelling submissions.
- Spot new business prospects and solicitations that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Examine proposal documents, agreements, and client specifications to guarantee adherence and relevance.
- Formulate proposal strategies and value propositions customized for each opportunity.
- Perform research and analysis to grasp client requirements and industry trends.
- Work with subject matter experts to produce engaging technical and commercial content for submissions.
- Facilitate proposal review sessions, offering direction and constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure prompt delivery of high-caliber proposals that showcase the organization's strengths and capabilities.
- Maintain a library of proposal materials, templates, and best practices for future use.
- Monitor proposal results and engage in debriefs to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in proposal management, submission development, or a comparable role within a competitive sector.
- Strong project management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and adhering to tight timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a sharp attention to detail and a focus on results.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with proposal management software (e.g., Qorus, Ariba, or similar).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in government contracting or B2B sales is advantageous.
