Role Summary:

The MES Operations Lead will manage an international team of technical professionals, ensuring the support of standardized Camstar/PAC MES solutions in a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee a diverse team of contractors and permanent staff.
  • Operational Management: Handle incidents and service requests, lead quick response initiatives, maintain operational processes and documentation, develop standard operating procedures, and coordinate incident escalation while driving continuous improvements.
  • Support Operations: Ensure 24/7 support and response, identify and resolve system issues, perform environment maintenance, monitor system performance, and facilitate deployments and migrations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Conduct operations meetings, engage with end-user customers as necessary, and provide monthly operational updates to key stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems management, IT-related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong comprehension of Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry best practices in application development.
  • Experience with IT systems in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, facilitation, and negotiation abilities, including the capacity to bridge business and technology needs.
  • Ability to influence decisions through critical thinking, informed by experience and understanding of project strategic intent.
  • Experience collaborating with operational and development teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
