Position Overview
The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in assisting with the preparation and serving of food, including specialized diets, in accordance with facility menus and applicable standards. This position ensures that quality dining services are consistently provided.

  • Assists in the proper receiving, storage, preparation, serving, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications
We seek individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions effectively. A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience at the Sous Chef level is preferred. Compliance with sanitation and safety training is mandatory.

Applicants must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks efficiently. A commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment is essential.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for the Prep Cook position is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
