About the Role

In this role, you will oversee and manage a commercial kitchen that prepares various food concepts, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for the daily execution of food orders, upholding culinary standards, and mentoring team members. Your duties will also include assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, order tracking, and all other facets of running a professional kitchen.

  • Take Ownership: Be accountable for kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, quality, and training, while striving to enhance quality and performance metrics for optimal customer outcomes.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee ordering and receiving from suppliers, ensure compliant storage of products based on kitchen protocols, prepare customer orders, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
  • Enhance Operations: Share ideas to elevate our quality and customer experience.
  • Adaptability: When kitchen tasks are complete, assist with warehouse operations, including inventory receiving, organizing workspaces, packing customer orders, and facilitating smooth Dasher pickups.

  • You possess 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen setting, including fast-casual, QSR, and from-scratch dining establishments.
  • You can obtain and maintain ServSafe certification and are proactive in maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

  • You excel in a collaborative team environment.
  • You are capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 or 50 pounds (depending on site requirements), with or without accommodations.
Compensation

The specific hourly wage for this position varies by location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and work location.
