In this role, you will oversee and manage a commercial kitchen that prepares a variety of food offerings, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly while providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for the daily operations of food preparation, upholding culinary standards, and mentoring team members. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, order tracking, and all facets of running a professional kitchen.
- Ownership of Operations: Take charge of kitchen processes, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and training, while striving to enhance quality and performance metrics for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Daily Management: Oversee ordering and receiving from suppliers, store products in compliance with kitchen procedures, prepare customer orders, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Operational Improvements: Share insights and suggestions to enhance our quality and customer experience.
- Flexibility: Once kitchen tasks are completed, assist with warehouse operations, including inventory receiving, organizing workspaces, packing customer orders, and facilitating smooth Dasher pickups.

- You possess 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen setting, including fast-casual, QSR, and from-scratch restaurants.
- You can obtain and maintain ServSafe certification and proactively ensure kitchen cleanliness.
- You are highly organized, thrive under pressure, and execute tasks with speed, precision, and attention to detail.
- You excel in a collaborative team environment.
- You are capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 or 50 pounds (as per site requirements), with or without accommodations.
The base hourly wage for this position varies by location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
