- Assist with expense and travel documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring successful and memorable events.
- Perform ad hoc requests, providing exceptional support to the team.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with experience in using software applications.
- Comfortable handling confidential information, with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- 10 or more years' office administration experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Notary Public certification and/or HR experience a plus.
