Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office in Houston, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplies and inventory, including ordering and organizing office materials and snacks.
  • Provide facilities support, including calling plumbers and repairmen as needed.
  • Assist with AP processes, preparing information for a third-party finance team to prevent AP rejections.
  • Prepare the office, catering, and conference rooms for executive visits.
  • Support organization and documentation for a fleet of 14 vehicles.
  • Coordinate with security and IT for key card access for new hires.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as an office administrator or office manager in a large or corporate office.
  • Experience managing direct reports or desire to do so.
  • Supporting an office, rather than an individual or small group.
  • Invoice processing experience.
  • Ability to work with executives in a professional manner and greet all guests.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience level.
