About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Telecom industry efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and partnerships within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence in the Telecom industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Solutions Architects to propose tailored solutions for client briefs
  • Leverage our UX Strategy and Design Team to ideate and develop creative concepts for clients
  • Drive the development of written proposals and pitch materials for submission and presentations
  • Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Design leads to guide the overall product delivery and own the client relationship
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and extend our services to clients
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management consulting experience in a digital or technology environment
  • Proven experience working with and presenting to C-level professionals of Fortune 5000 companies
  • Strong account-building and stakeholder mapping skills in large Telecom enterprises
  • Experience in helping Telco clients define their digital experience strategy, reimagine their experience design, and implement digital products
  • Skilled problem solver and value driver for clients
  • A deep sense of creativity and enthusiasm in coming up with solutions for brands/clients
