Training Operations Readiness Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver analytical, advisory, management, technical, and functional assistance to achieve all designated tasks and subtasks. Act as the primary consultant to the organization leader on all matters concerning training preparedness and implementation. Strategically plan, organize, and guarantee the execution and training readiness of aircrew and ground training obligations for all personnel assigned to the Squadron. Oversee the creation of innovative curriculum and training materials for aircrew and ground training tailored to assigned personnel. Track and uphold unit deployment readiness metrics and enforce deployment readiness protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer-based training and learning management systems, such as PEX.
- Familiarity with DoD administrative and record management or program support.
- Experience in managing personnel training initiatives.
- Competence in utilizing Microsoft SharePoint.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background as a Unit Training Manager in an Air Force flying unit.
- Experience with Air Force record management systems.
- Experience in a DoD operational flying unit.
- Knowledge of High Altitude ISR.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
