DUTY 1:

Plans, directs and controls all assigned elements of the Personnel/ Administrative program which include strength accountability, manning control and classification, Officer/Enlisted Performance Report (OPR/OER), awards and decorations, and officer and enlisted promotions.


DUTY 2:

Performs personnel actions pertaining to voluntary and involuntary outbound assignments, reassignments and retirements to include, but not limited to, administrative separations, high year of tenure and mandatory separation dates.


DUTY 3:

Independently develops, manages and administers personnel and manpower programs for the Commander specific to supporting readiness and operational integration of AGRs, ARTs, and Traditional Reservists (TRs).


DUTY 4:
Develops unit readiness plans for the administration of contingencies and mobilization.
