Position Overview:
The Facility Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions at the Venture Center. This is a full-time role that guarantees 35 hours of work per week and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The candidate must be capable of lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and manage the daily operations of the Venture Center.
- Generate daily reports, including financial and vehicle performance metrics.
- Assist in inventory management, including procurement and special orders.
- Complete monthly vehicle assessments and act as the hazardous materials and facility manager.
- Ensure the upkeep of recreational grounds, which encompass areas such as disc golf, driving range, paintball, batting cages, and axe throwing facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of parts, inventory, shop equipment, and assigned facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards set by manufacturers.
- Oversee staff in the operation of various equipment, including chainsaws, lawnmowers, edgers, and tractors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Eligibility and Qualifications:
This position is open to all applicants. Candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications and experience.

Experience Requirements:
- Practical knowledge or experience in recreational activities such as disc golf, driving range, paintball, batting cages, or axe throwing is essential.
- Experience operating lawn mowers, range ball equipment, hand tools, landscaping machinery, fairway mowers, and heavy equipment like forklifts and tractors is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with the public.

Additional Information:
All applicants must meet the necessary qualification and background requirements for this role. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for a minimum of three consecutive years prior to federal employment are eligible. Direct deposit is mandatory. Successful completion of an employment verification check is required. A probationary period may be necessary.

This position is part of the Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) system, which supports Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) activities for the Air Force and Space Force.
