About Us

Peregrine Team is a respected law firm in the west Los Angeles area dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and play a vital role in our ongoing success.

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the firm's daily operations, managing a team of senior operational leaders and department heads, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Leadership
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Oversee all aspects of the firm's operations, including client services, case management, finance, and administrative functions.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of senior operational leaders and department heads.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Financial Management
    • Collaborate with the CFO to manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the firm's operations or reputation.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in senior operational management roles, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. The estimated salary range for this position is $150k-200k per year, plus additional incentives.
