International Freight and Cargo Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager - International Freight & Cargo will be responsible for expanding our global reach, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy for international freight and cargo services, identifying and targeting potential clients, and presenting our services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development strategy for international freight and cargo services
- Identify and target potential clients in the global market
- Present our services to clients and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
- Attend industry conferences and networking events
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management
- Proven track record in business development within the freight and cargo industry
- Strong understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and supply chain logistics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field. Minimum four to six years of experience in sales as an individual contributor. Background in logistics, supply chain management, and business development preferred.
Language SkillsAbility to speak, read, write, and comprehend documents written in English to an above-average competency.
