Job Summary

USOC Medical is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to medical facilities to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers.
  • Assess customer needs through profiling questions and solicit customer feedback on prior repair services.
  • Respond to queries about company products and services, and provide clients with status updates on orders.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients, and gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services.
  • Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department.
Requirements
  • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve, and make cold calls to healthcare institutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite, and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required, and ability to sit/drive for long periods of time.
