As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to medical facilities to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers.
- Assess customer needs through profiling questions and solicit customer feedback on prior repair services.
- Respond to queries about company products and services, and provide clients with status updates on orders.
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients, and gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services.
- Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve, and make cold calls to healthcare institutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner.
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required, and ability to sit/drive for long periods of time.
