Employee Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve internal complaints and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations and management best practices to stakeholders across the organization.
- Partner with the Legal Department to respond to lawsuits, agency claims, and other legal matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Support and lead HR projects, including change management initiatives.
- Analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions and drive positive change.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience conducting internal investigations and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and attention to detail.
