About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Public Relations Account Manager to join our team at Trust Relations. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for executing innovative publicity campaigns in the B2B technology space.

As a Freelance Public Relations Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategic media relations plans, leveraging existing relationships with reporters and outlets on their behalf. You will also be responsible for building new media relationships, securing and staffing interviews, and developing savvy and timely ideas to move pitches from concept to coverage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years of PR experience, a well-rounded understanding of the B2B/tech marketing space, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic media relations plans for multiple B2B/tech accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with reporters and outlets on behalf of clients
  • Secure and staff interviews, and develop timely ideas to move pitches from concept to coverage
  • Provide counsel to clients on media relations and communications strategies
  • Develop and foster exceptional rapport with current and potential clients
  • Ensure the highest quality of all client deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members on strategic client documents and discussions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of PR experience
  • B.S/B.A in public relations, marketing, business communications, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Well-rounded understanding of the B2B/tech marketing space
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent communication skills
