Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to harness the Epsilon data platform for advancing personalization initiatives while adhering to privacy regulations. This role will spearhead the development of an audience strategy that supports all Verizon brands.

The Director will hold both strategic and operational roles, responsible for identifying and defining target audiences for Verizon campaigns. Additionally, this position will ensure that audience segments are effectively communicated to channel partners for campaign execution, collaborating closely with Strategy and Investment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Strategy and Investment teams to create and activate tailored audiences.
  • Champion the Audience Analytics team by promoting the platform that unlocks growth opportunities and enhances customer experiences.
  • Oversee audience overlap, governance, and prioritization by utilizing behavioral and commercial audience insights to guide campaign leaders.
  • Work with Strategy to deliver audience insights that inform media strategy, profiling, messaging, and other elements to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate audience deployments and workflows across channel partners and internal marketing, analytics, and planning teams to ensure effective activation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a data-driven strategist in Audience Segmentation, Personalization, Marketing, and Media/Investment strategy.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct marketing experience, preferably within a consumer products sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and optimizing workflows across various stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering precise and insightful business reporting, applying critical thinking to data for problem-solving and enhancing business performance.
  • Ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to advance projects independently.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated history of managing client relationships and collaborating successfully with internal teams to complete projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with lookalike (LAL) and clustering models (k-means).
