Job Description

The Front Office Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Managing patient registration and billing procedures
  • Providing administrative support to clinical teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior office experience preferably in a medical setting, and basic knowledge of computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic medical terminology
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
